Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner Solution
An ultrasonic cleaner is a cleaning device which uses ultrasound
(usually from 20-400 kHz) plus an appropriate cleaning solvent
(sometimes ordinary plain tap water) to clean delicate items. The
ultrasound can be used with only water but use of a solvent right for
the item being cleaned and the soiling improves the effect. Ultrasonic
cleaners can be used to clean jewelry, lenses as well as other optical
parts, watches,Jewelry Industry for intricate parts dental and surgical instruments, fountain pens, digital scales supplier
industrial parts and electronics. You can use them in many jewelry
workshops, watchmaker’s establishments, and electronic repair workshops.
In the Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaners, the thing being cleaned is placed in
the chamber containing an appropriate solution (in an aqueous or
organic solution, depending on the application). In aqueous cleaners,
caffeine added can be a surfactant which reduces the top tension of the
water base. An ultrasound generating transducer included in the
chamber, or lowered in to the fluid, produces ultrasonic waves within
the fluid by changing size in collaboration with an electrical signal
oscillating at ultrasonic frequency. This creates compression waves in
the liquid of the tank which ‘tear’ the liquid apart, leaving many
millions of microscopic ‘voids’ or ‘partial vacuum bubbles’
(cavitations).
