Jewelry Cleaners

Several methods are available for cleaning diamond jewelry, one of them being the use of Ultrasonic cleaners. This technique is used when a diamond becomes truly filthy by daily use of it. It is a heavy duty cleaning technique. So it is used only when the diamond cannot be cleaned using an ordinary cleaner. Before using the ultrasonic cleaner to clean the diamond, the outer layer of the diamond should be first cleaned by an ordinary cleaning method. The cleaner uses cavitations for cleaning the diamond jewelry. Cavitations are nothing but microscopic bubbles. The ultrasonic cleaner uses high and low pressure waves which are produced by high frequency (ultrasonic) sound. These waves create those cavitations (minute cleaning bubbles). The bubbles collapse and form a scrubbing material which has enormous cleaning capacity. It loosens out the dirt in the cracks and minute areas of the ring (regardless of any kind of complicated setting used in the jewelry). Then, a high pressure steamer blasts away the particles.
